1 cup wheat flour
1-1/2 cups corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 banana
1 lb. frozen mixed veggies
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
You may also add:
1/2 c. mostly cooked beans (black, anasazi, mung etc.)
1/2 c. mostly cooked rice
1/2 c. frozen chopped green chile
handful raisins
handful cranberries
handful blueberries
1/2 c. cooked yam, winter squash or pumpkin
Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured 9x11 pans until toothpick comes out clean (50 or more minutes depending upon how much stuff you put in).
