Bird Bread Recipe - Gary Morgan

I developed this specifically for a bread making machine. It works excellent with a 2lb loaf machine. I have found that if you use bee pollen as well that there is something about it that deactivates the yeast and it won't rise. Just an FYI.

Add in the order listed

 Use a bread machine on regular setting

 1 egg plus enough water to equal 1 cup (maybe a little more)

3 TBSP honey

1 TSP lemon juice

3 TBSP butter

3 TBSP dry milk

1 ½ TSP salt

1/3 cup corn meal

3 cup bread flour

3 TSP dry yeast

3 TSP spirulina

2 TBSP wheat grass

Cut into cubes when done
