Potatoes Recipe - Gina Cavacas

Potato (or piece depending on number of birds and size)

1. Pierce a sweet potato a few times with a knife or fork.
2. Microwave until fork tender.
3. Cut up into chunks, mash with a fork.
4. You can add beet juice or fruit juice (that is made by squeezing fruit) to the potato.

Let it cool a bit before giving it to them.
